Backlighting

Backlight

365 challenge #19: Backlighting

Have had a very chaotic morning, so when I looked through the photos that I have taken the past weeks to choose something to post, this photo felt very soothing. I would like to hope that my day is a little bit like this tulip. This tulip is a bit dried out, has lost a couple of petals and nothing you would ever remember, you would rather just throw it in the bin.

But seen in a different light, it is a beautiful inspiring butterfly...

Mia, it is lovely! The backlighting created such a nice light around the edges of the flower and had the effect of muting the tulip's colors. Hope your day is equally soothing...
